Frequently asked Questions

Are there any age limitations?

All of our shows are clean in nature and feature no mature or inappropriate themes, however we recommend minimum ages for certain shows that contain thematically complex concepts.

Age recommendations are included at the bottom of each show description for your convenience.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to showtime to ensure you have enough time to settle in and get comfortable. You might also wish to block off additional time to locate parking or have a snack at one of the highly-rated establishments nearby.

Late entries are not permitted — doors always close promptly at the designated show time.

What is the dress code?

The Red Spade Theater recommends a business casual dress code for all patrons. Tasteful casual attire is also acceptable, though not encouraged.

We will refuse admittance to guests in shorts and sandals, so please dress to impress! 😊

Is the space ADA compliant?

Yes! The Red Spade Theater welcomes all guests regardless of background or mobility. Our venue is fully wheelchair accessible!

Will food or drink be available?

To preserve a clean environment for all guests, the Red Spade Theater is a food and beverage-free environment. We recommend stopping by any of the highly-rated establishments within walking distance of the Theater prior to or following a show.

What is your ticketing policy?

Once you have confirmed your purchase, your tickets will be held at our will-call reception window.

Upon arrival, please have a valid photo ID ready to present. All tickets must be claimed within 30 minutes of your show’s start time. Tickets not claimed by start of show may be released with no refunds or exchanges.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. All prices, performers and showtimes are subject to change without notice.

We’re a group! May we be seated together?

Given sufficient notice, Red Spade Theater staff will always make every effort to seat your party as desired.

If your party purchased tickets separately or under different names and would like to be seated together, please contact us and provide a list of all the guests in your group.

All seating requests must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your show time or they may not be fulfilled.

May I film, photograph or record my visit?

Before and after the show, guests are welcome to film and photograph as they please.

During the show, while you may snap a photo or two (no flash please!) to commemorate the evening or for your social media accounts, we ask that you refrain from video recording (raised phones and glowing screens are distracting to other guests). To maintain an intimate and engaged atmosphere, we highly encourage you to stash your phone and enjoy the show!

Where can I find parking?

While the Red Spade Theater is conveniently located near many parking options, we ask that you allow yourself ample time in case of unforeseen circumstances.
